Bens Technologies is a full service electrical engineering firm that speicalizes in low voltage equipement design, commissioning and power system electrical and control system design. Our growing staff consists of engineers, electricians, technicians, drafters and designers.
We provide a wide range of onsite services, not only during the installation phase but also to maintain, retrofit and upgrade installed equipment. Bens will always install and commission equipment to the highest standards supplying dedicated engineering teams for each project. Support includes onload, positioning and interconnecting of all our equipment and can supply specialist delivery vehicles to suit the application. We will conduct a thorough audit of the client’s existing system, taking account of their present and future needs. An important part of this is assessing how our systems will interface with others within a building, such as fire alarm, boiler or chiller systems. We will check the wiring schematics provided by manufacturers of these systems and any modifications that have been applied since they were installed, to ensure our controls integrate safely. Once we have gathered all the information we need we will design a bespoke control system and review the plans with our client before going ahead with production.

Software Development and Hardware Programming
All our automation projects are start o{ by understanding how the clients require the system to function along with our engineers who have had worked on similar projects or undergone training from the automation manufacturers.
Panel Design and Manufacturing
We have undertaken E-Plan as our primary software for majority of our panel designs. The EPLAN Data Portal provides access to extensive device data and components, including assembly drawings, as it reduces human error and reduces manual updation.
Start Up and Shut Down
We also undertake start up and shut down jobs, we see to it that all safety precautions are carried out before powering up the system as well as we make sure it is e{ect and reduce the downtime for a maintenance job.
